It's quickly become evident to us that Cole McCloskey a.k.a. Easy Rider is a musician to watch. The Pittsburgh native tends to blend blissful synths with psychedelic guitar elements to create an "easy rider" soundscape of mysterious grooves that stick.

We're pleased to premier "You and Me", a jangly new romantic jam and one of the brighter, more accessible tracks from his upcoming album, Rock N' Roll Creature. There's no doubt that McCloskey is evolving his style and production skills. The surprising entrance of symphonic bliss at 2:58 on "You and Me" is powerful enough to remind us of Kanye's synth work on his track "Wolves" – we hope you catch the feels.

McCloskey had this to say about his song and next album:

“You and Me is about a girl that has meant a lot to me for a long time. It kind of goes over where we’re at as of right now. I wanted to create a feel good song that people could relate to because we all got that special someone who makes your world groovy.

-Rock N’ Roll Creature is an album comprised of various themes that are involved within my life. Some deal with ROCK N’ ROLL, love, being productive, problems that I gotta deal with, and just random stuff. I always want to create my own style and keep the album different with each song. I love experimenting with different sounds but still keeping certain feels from the past. It’ll be the second album I’ve released and I’m really excited to be able to show off what I’ve been working on. I just want everyone to know.. I’m a rock n’ roll creature.
