It's quickly become evident to us that Cole McCloskey a.k.a. Easy Rider is a musician to watch. The Pittsburgh native tends to blend blissful synths with psychedelic guitar elements to create an "easy rider" soundscape of mysterious grooves that stick.
We're pleased to premier "You and Me", a jangly new romantic jam and one of the brighter, more accessible tracks from his upcoming album, Rock N' Roll Creature. There's no doubt that McCloskey is evolving his style and production skills. The surprising entrance of symphonic bliss at 2:58 on "You and Me" is powerful enough to remind us of Kanye's synth work on his track "Wolves" – we hope you catch the feels.
